What does the free trial include?
The Starter plan is free forever — no trial expiry. You get 50 conversations/month, wallet detection, transaction diagnostics, docs Q&A, and a full analytics dashboard. No credit card required.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation starts when a user opens the widget and sends their first message. It ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Multiple messages in the same session count as one conversation.
How does the Pro plan work?
Pro unlocks 5,000 conversations/month, removes TxID Support branding, and adds custom branding (colours, font, logo). It's $99/mo with no long-term contract — cancel anytime.
What chains are supported?
Ethereum, Sepolia (testnet), Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism are supported. Enterprise plans can add custom chains.
How does the docs Q&A work?
You paste your docs URL in the dashboard. The system crawls and indexes it automatically using RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). The AI answers questions grounded in your documentation — not hallucinated.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes — set your colours, font, and logo URL in the dashboard. The free tier includes a small 'Powered by TxID Support' footer note. Removing that is a Pro plan feature.
